A Woman In The Bahamas Rescues Nearly 100 Dogs During Hurricane Dorian

Chella Philips hunkered down in her home with 97 homeless dogs as Hurricane Dorian pummeled the Bahamas for days, leaving behind catastrophic damage. Phillips said 79 dogs shared her master bedroom, and not one fo the very good boys and girls attempted to jump onto her bed. “Each island has an abundance of homeless dogs, my heart is so broken for the ones without a place to hid from a Cat 5 monster. Only God can protect them now,” Phillips said on Facebook. On Monday, she said that her home in the Bahamas capital, Nassau, flooded but that all 97 pups were doing well
