Exercise should be an activity you enjoy!

Remember: Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for weight gain or foods you ate!

 

Let’s simplify things a little bit. You’ve made a goal for yourself to get and stay active and healthy. Well, that is pretty tough to do if you hate your exercise routine. If you despise running, you are probably not going to do it daily, and you will have a miserable workout when you do run. In order for exercise to become a consistent part of your daily routine, the activity that gets you moving needs to be something you enjoy! Find the activities you love and figure out ways to incorporate them into your life and workout routine. However you choose to exercise, ENJOY it and move your body every day!
